Search text by font color in Microsoft Document

Well, your microsoft docx is zip-compression.

Rename .docx to .zip.

Find document.xml

If your font color is red (ff0000), you can search by the following keyword:

<w:color w:val="FF0000"/>

Zip them in root level not by folder and rename it to .docx.
